3 Common Health Problems for Men over 40

It is an unpleasant fact that health problems can become more common as we get older. In our youth and twenties, we can shrug off a common cold or minor ailment with little in the way of interventions and carry on as normal. As we get older and over forty, men begin to realize that their bodies may not be as resilient as they used to be.
