Dear Diary,

Here’s a story about my first flight to the USA. It was my first flight, so I was nervous.

We boarded the large aircraft on Thursday where an attendant greeted us with smiles. To enjoy the flight, I chose to sit in the window seat. I felt calm as the plane took off. Everything seemed very small when I looked down.

It was breathtaking. I could have written a poem if it were me. Every moment of my trip was a joy.

We landed at the USA Airport later. Before we landed at the airport I looked down to see some of the most impressive buildings in America. The USA airport was amazing. The shop also sold chocolates, which I bought with my family. It was an amazing adventure in my life.

Dear Diary

Today I did a noble deed. I’m referring to the fact that I donated blood. My school held a voluntary blood donation drive. My mother was concerned when I told her about the drive. She worried that I would be weakened by blood donation. I spoke to my biology teacher and she assured that blood donation was perfectly fine.

So I stepped up and donated blood. Even better, I managed to convince some of my colleagues to donate blood. After donating blood, I felt no weakness. It was a feeling I believed to be a sense of purpose and happiness.

The blood I have donated can save lives. Although the blood I donated was not sufficient to save my life, it did make me stronger. I was also reminded that noble causes like this need to be supported. I will donate blood again after a few months. I ask everyone to do it.
